M3NHF Schedule of Rates

PURPOSE

A social housing industry standard used by over 600 social landlords, the M3NHF Schedule of Rates is a comprehensive system for dealing with responsive day to day and void repairs. It consists of an inclusive list of all commonly needed repairs, with industry standard preliminaries, a comprehensive Technical Specification and the NHF Form of Contract.

SUPPLY OF DOCUMENTATION

The M3NHF Schedule of Rates comes as a book, and therefore, does not attract VAT. We also supply the data on electronic files, for loading in to housing management System. These files do attract VAT at 20%, so your order will show VAT on the electronic file processing and on the annual support licence.

OTHER FORMATS

All our SORs can be supplied in Excel, XML and a ready format for Orchard housing management systems.

DIAGNOSTICS

This the default SOR used in M3Central to facilitate repair takers to diagnose and order repairs.

SMV VALUES

A file containing the labour rate, standard minute value, standard hours, total labour cost, total material cost etc. is available for this module in addition to the time values held against each Schedule of Rates item.
