SUPPLY OF DOCUMENTATION

The M3NHF Schedule of Rates comes as a book, and therefore does not attract VAT. We also supply the data on electronic files, for loading into you housing management system. These files do attract VAT at 20%, so your order will show VAT on the electronic file processing and on the annual support licence.

OTHER FORMATS

The M3NHF Schedule of Rates can be supplied in a ready format for Orchard Housing management and maintenance IT systems.

DIAGNOSTICS

The M3NHF Schedule of Rates can be switched on in M3Locator Plus to facilitate repair takers to diagnose and order voids works.

STANDARD MINUTE VALUES

A file containing the labour rate, standard minute value, standard hours, total labour cost, total material cost etc. is available for purchase for this module.
