Participants will explore Schedule of Rates, Decent Homes standards, custom attributes, forecasting and energy reports, including RdSAP scores and Sava/Cotality integration. Practical exercises reinforce these skills, and the course can be tailored to an organisation’s specific roles, processes, and data requirements.

Delgates will learn how to use filtering, sorting, and efficient search techniques to quickly locate information, supported by practical exercises and guided questions to reinforce their understanding and develop effective navigation skills.
