  • Ideal for those responsible for training frontline repair takers, admin staff, or technical teams, this session will help you build the knowledge and skills needed to support consistent use of Central Diagnostics.
  • Whether your trainees are new to the system or have been using it for some time, you’ll learn how to coach them in maximising the product’s potential.
  • By training others to accurately match reported problems to the correct repair job solutions, you’ll help reduce variations in diagnosis and increase first-time fix rates— delivering real operational benefits across your organisation.
