This is a fantastic opportunity for your organisation to gain valuable M3Central knowledge so that you can train your staff internally on the system.

This will consist of two half day sessions.

• The morning session will be user training, demonstrating how you can train your repair takers to use M3Central to accurately diagnose repairs whilst taking repair calls.
• The afternoon session will be admin training, demonstrating how you can train your system administrators to amend and configure your M3Central interface so that it is appropriate for your organisation.

Additionally, on certain dates, we will have an M3NHFSchedule of Rates consultant in the User training session, who will be able to provide their expertise and answer any questions you may have regarding the M3NHFSchedule of Rates. Please contact us for further information

User Training

• This session is designed specifically for trainers who will be delivering guidance on the effective use of M3Central Diagnostics within their teams.
• It will cover the various approaches to diagnosing repairs using the platform and provide insights on how to best communicate and embed these practices with end users.
• Ideal for those responsible for training frontline repair takers, admin staff, or technical teams, this session will help you build the knowledge and skills needed to support consistent use of Central Diagnostics.
• Whether your trainees are new to the system or have been using it for some time, you’ll learn how to coach them in maximising the product’s potential.
• By training others to accurately match reported problems to the correct repair job solutions, you’ll help reduce variations in diagnosis and increase first-time fix rates— delivering real operational benefits across your organisation.

Admin Training

• This afternoon session is designed for trainers who will be supporting others in administering and customising M3Central through its control panel.
• The training will provide a deep dive into the platform’s configurable features and equip you with the knowledge to guide users in tailoring the system to suit organisational needs.
• Key topics include editing repair problems and advice, creating and managing user profiles, customising the interface, working with the schedule of rates, and more. You’ll also learn how to teach these elements effectively, ensuring that others can apply them confidently and consistently.
• Ideal for those responsible for training M3Central administrators, this session will help you align the platform with your organisation’s processes and procedures—enabling smoother workflows, better system adoption, and greater overall impact.
