We recommend clients run a half-day user session, and half-day admin session to cover all aspects of M3Central Diagnostics.

For users (repair takers)

This half-day programme includes training on diagnosing repairs using pictures and text.

The session is suitable for both new and experienced frontline repair takers or admin staff. Technical staff have also found this training useful. It will benefit your organisation by reducing variations and increasing the number of jobs which get fixed on the first callout. This is done by helping repair takers learn how to quickly and accurately match repair problems to repair solutions.

For system administrators

This half-day programme includes training on managing and editing the resources within M3Central Diagnostics. The topics here include setting up the display preferences, editing the advice & repair problems, and editing the Schedule of Rates.

This session is suitable for people who administer M3Central Diagnostics within your organisation and will help you to best fit it to your organisation's policies and procedures. Trainees are advised attend the User session beforehand.

Each trainee will require access to a computer/ laptop with internet access. Training is normally for up to 9 delegates at the user session and 6 delegates at the admin session.

Virtual M3Central Diagnostics training is charged at £1200 + VAT for the two half-day sessions comprising a course, for up to 6 delegates.

In-house M3Central Diagnostics training is charged at £1500 + VAT + expenses for up to 8 delegates.
