The course covers all aspects of project management and is aimed at delegates that have successfully passed the Project Fundamentals Qualification or have project management experience, it is assessed via a 2.5 remote examination.

Duration: 6 days plus pre-course preparation
This is a classroom-based course with required reading of the APM Project Management Study Guide in preparation.

Joining instructions are sent to delegates approximately 4 weeks before the course start date. Delegates should read the study guide at least once and complete the short answer questions before the course - 14 hours of precourse study is required.
All trainees will be provided with:
Candidates should have completed APM Project Fundamentals Qualification or have experience in Project Management.
Project Management Qualification issued by the Association for Project Management (RQF level 4, SCQF level 7)
Optional associate / full membership of the Association for Project Management (subject to work assessment and fee)
