Fiona has worked in affordable housing development for over 30 years. Over that time, she has delivered a wide variety of projects and been involved with all stages of the development process. As well as acquiring land and managing project delivery, she has also held strategic roles in new business and as a regional director.

With experience of working in both Registered Provider and Local Authority environments, Fiona is passionate about bringing on new diverse talent and capacity building in the sector.
