Strategic Partnerships & Operations Director

Ben is a strategic, people-focused leader who brings clarity, direction and structure to organisational strategy and partnerships. As Director of Strategic Partnerships & Operations at M3, he aligns long-term strategic thinking, with organisational priorities and ensures vision and strategy is delivered through effective systems, frameworks and relationships. His work focuses on enabling sustainable and ethical growth, strong decision-making and consistent delivery while strengthening cross-sector engagement and impact within social housing.

Ben has been with M3 since 2009 and became a Director in 2018, playing a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and sector engagement. He leads strategic partnerships and operational delivery across events, training, meetings, facilities, systems and NHMF-related activities, bringing together people and processes to improve performance, address sector challenges and ensure services deliver practical value and lasting excellence.

In 2026 he completed the IoD Certificate in Company Direction. He also holds an MSc from the University of Birmingham, is an accredited mediator and has the APM Project Management Qualification. Alongside his role at M3, he holds governance and trustee positions within the sector and has mentored with One Million Mentors, supporting young people to build confidence and direction.
