Current subscriber to the M3NHF Schedule of Rates are entitled to receive updates to the M3NHF Schedule as they are released. We are pleased to announce that version 6.2 and the NHF Form of Contract 2011 (REV 2:2014) is now available to download. This has been sent to the main contacts within subscribing organisations.
There is no need to update your computer files if you are still in contract on an earlier version. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that all relevant personnel in your organisation receive the information they require. The email containing the update is only sent to one contact in a group structure so you will need to make sure all licensed parts of your group are circulated this information. If you consider that they are not the right person to be our primary contact, please telephone or email us to discuss who should replace them in this role.
Please refer to the Responsive Data file for additional items in version 6.2.
The works order files are now available in Microsoft Excel, XML and CSV format.
Version 6.2 files for the labour and materials analysis, are also now available.
The remaining modules will all be available by the end of August 2014. Existing module clients will be able to purchase version 6.2 modules at a 50 per cent discount off the current prices, any clients who are currently paying an annual licence fee for a module can upgrade free of charge to version 6.2.
If you are going out to tender, please note we have recently introduced a longer term subscription option to protect you from inflation, by extending your subscription for up to five years at current prices. Please contact Julie Kimuli directly if you would like to take up this option if you currently don't have this in place.
If you have any difficulty with the download or general enquiries, please contact Julie at julie.kimuli@m3h.co.uk or 020 8274 4015. Technical queries should be sent via the support pages of the website at www.m3h.co.uk/go/maintenance/schedule-of-rates/support
Could we also take this opportunity to remind you about the NHMF best practice in maintenance awards. Entering the awards is a great way of focusing attention on what you do best. It is good for the morale of your maintenance teams, and promotes the work of the organisation. Sharing your projects contributes to the knowledge base created by the NHMF. Applications for the NHMF awards 2015 will open this month with a shortlist published on the NHMF website in January.
