COVID-19 Statement

In light of recent events relating to the Coronavirus, we wish to reassure you that we consider the health of our staff and our clients of utmost importance. We are therefore following the latest advice from Public Heath England (PHE) and the Government. As a result, any employee of M3Housing that has recently returned from an affected area, or has been in contact with someone that has, is following the latest PHE and Government Advice.

Dear Clients,

In line with government advice, the M3 office is closed and our staff are working remotely to ensure we continue to offer you a full range of services with the minimum level of disruption.

Our senior management team are working hard to deliver a nimble and cohesive business continuity plan that meets your needs and ensures all our staff are able to work safely and productively for an extended period. We will continue to modify this in the light of any revised guidelines.

In order to help you stay in touch, please find below a reminder of our contact details:

Best Practice

We are working closely with our colleagues at the NHMF to produce the latest guidelines for members in response to the constantly changing situation.

Please visit the NHMF website for free information on best practice for asset managers and contractors working across the social housing sector.

Finance & Licensing

In order to facilitate the process and ensure systems continue to run smoothly, licence renewals will be invoiced two months (60 days) ahead. Please note: this will not affect payment terms or licence renewal dates.

Please email accounts@m3h.co.uk

Kind regards,
