Service Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 

Job Role

The Service Coordinator supports the Account Managers and Consultants to bring on new clients, and manage relationships with existing clients. This will primarily involve managing product implementations, and arranging meetings or training. You will also be required to monitor service delivery to customers. Training will be provided.

We are committed to flexible working, which includes considering flexible hours and being based at home. The role involves occasional travel for training sessions, compulsory quarterly meetings at our London office, and conferences. This could include overnight stays.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome new clients and assist them with the adoption of products and/or services
  • Manage and track product implementations
  • Attend implementation meetings as required
  • Ensure implementation objectives are delivered within agreed timeframes
  • Arrange training for clients as part of the implementation
  • Arrange meetings for Account Managers and Consultants as and when required
  • Respond to communication from clients, and redirect to the relevant Account Manager or Consultant when appropriate
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure all parties are abiding by service level agreements
  • Upload and maintain accurate records onto our CRM
  • Maintain a sufficient understanding of M3’s products and services to advise and make appropriate recommendations to new and existing customers
  • Other duties as assigned by your line manager

Essential skills and experience

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative when required
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently
  • Highly organised and able to cope with multiple responsibilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel including overnight stays
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including English & Maths (Grade 9-4) Essential

Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience as a project assistant
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience arranging meetings or events
  • Experience using a CRM system (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc)
