Job Role
Implement repairs software M3Central for our clients and ensure that the product is embedded in their processes. Acting as the main contact for new implementations and reviewing product development opportunities in response to client requests.

Product Consultant - Objectives
- Carry out and manage implementation, consultancy and training for the product
- Assist with the development and testing of the product
- Provide technical and product support to clients and colleagues
- Provide support to the rest of the business and our M3 colleagues
- for sales demos and exhibitions

Product Consultant - Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation
- Plan and manage system implementations for clients, including integration with other systems
- System configuration
- Resolve client queries
- Specifying new requests for system adaptations from new clients.
- Consultancy & Training
- Advise clients on best practice implementation.
- Conduct effective workshops between external stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Deliver user training sessions onsite and online.
- Create and maintain training materials, including videos.
- Prepare and deliver sessions at user events and industry conferences.
- Product Support & Development
- Respond to second line requests to the helpdesk, including diagnosis.
- Prioritise system changes for all clients and plan development of the system
- Testing new features as they are developed.
- Lead sprint meetings with development team, feeding into the continued growth of the software.
- Other Duties
- Other tasks as requested by the Head of Consultancy
- Any other tasks as needed by the company as a whole
- You will be required to represent HSS externally as needed
- You will also be needed to attend events and conferences as appropriate
- Travel to clients or events, including overnight stays from time-to-time
- Learn about other M3 products and services
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Experience of analysing data and processes, understanding, and capturing client requirements.
- Presenting, to small and large groups
- Leading meetings and maintaining implementation/upgrade progress plans
- Strong IT skills in excel, web, xml
Desirable Criteria
- 1-2 years Implementation Management / Consultation/ Client facing Training.
- Knowledge of housing associations in a repairs ordering or maintenance role.
- Knowledge of housing associations and local authorities.
- Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates.
Principal Job Activities
- Liaise with stakeholders to deliver M3Central implementations.
- Providing support to our clients, technical team and the M3Central team.
- Manage development, testing & releases of M3Central
Overall task of Product Consultant
- Plan and manage system implementations for M3Central clients.
- Become a product expert on M3Central.
