Version 8 has landed!

Get the latest versions of our Asset Management Schedules - covering both Responsive Repairs and/or Void Property Works

We're thrilled to announce that after extensive user groups and months of planning, Version 8 of the Schedule of Rates is now available for Responsive and Planned Works, plus ROS, RIMVOS and VIPER.

Following a major overhaul to ensure the schedules are more reflective of current market costs and industry-wide terminology, phase one is now complete, with three of our most popular schedules now available in more user-friendly formats.

The revised schedules have been revaluated taking into account, both the effects of inflation since 2016 (when Version 7 was evaluated) and today’s market, giving clients and their contractors an accurate reflection of:

  1. Type of work that contractors are being asked to carry out
  2. Labour and material rates for both voids and responsive repairs
