These books are not available to contractors for tendering purposes. They are only supplied to licensed subscribers and their appointed contractors.
Support for the A5 books is provided by Rand Associates through their website.
How it Works
Our social landlord clients (subscribers) tender and let measured term maintenance contracts based on our product, M3NHF Schedule of Rates. The contract, including conditions, preliminaries and the schedule is usually supplied to contractors in hard copy. Subscribers have to edit the standard documentation to their own needs, so each tender is different to some extent.
Get help regarding the Schedule
We do not provide support directly to contractors. If you would like help using the Schedule or have queries regarding specific items then please contact the client you are in contract with.
Contractors Sub Licence
Contractors can register here for a sub licence number, allowing them access to their client's schedule of rates.
