Our social landlord clients (subscribers) tender and let measured term maintenance contracts based on our product, NHF Schedule of Rates. The contract, including conditions, preliminaries and the schedule is usually supplied to contractors in hard copy. Subscribers have to edit the standard documentation to their own needs, so each tender is different to some extent.

Contractors whose clients subscribe to the NHF Schedule of Rates can purchase an A5 pocket book of the medium descriptions. Go to the order form.

Contractors Sub Licence

Contractors can register here for a sub licence number, allowing them access to their client's schedule of rates.
