Version 6 was a complete rewrite of M3NHF Schedule of Rates. Changes in construction methods, materials prices and labour were all reviewed. New legislation and good practice have been integrated. The Schedule has been simplified and streamlined. As a very broad brush indicator, generally version 6 reflects the high levels of wage inflation in the sector (36% in 3 years)
