Can I get NHF Schedule of Rates on CD?

Contractors and consultants may not buy NHF Schedule of Rates directly. It must be provided by the authorised subscriber which will be a social landlord (council or housing association). The schedule can be supplied in hard copy without restriction. If the schedule is required in electronic format, the subscriber must extend their licence to cover the contractor. There is an administrative charge for this licence extension.

Contractors and consultants working with authorised subscribers can however purchase an A5 pocket edition of the Schedule containing the items including medium descriptions and rates. Each book costs £30.
