Contractors and consultants may not buy M3NHF Schedule of Rates directly. It must be provided by the authorised subscriber which will be a social landlord (council or housing association). The schedule can be supplied in hard copy without restriction. Subscribers can provide an electronic version to their approved Contractor or Consultants. Your approved Contractors or Consultants can register here for a sub licence number to accept the terms and conditions allowing them access to their client's schedule of rates.

Contractors and consultants working with authorised subscribers can however purchase an A5 SoR edition of the Schedule containing the items including medium descriptions and rates. Each book costs £40.
