4 Getting Started
Getting started with Housecall could not be easier. Once we have your purchase order, we can set up a test site for you very quickly. Just specify the email address you would like repairs reports delivered to, and you can start using your own system.
M3 will use your website design to fit Housecall to that look and feel. Customers and staff visiting the site won't notice that they are not on your website.
There are lots of options to choose from, but they don't need to be confusing. Once you have seen how the default set up works, you can start to tailor Housecall to your own requirements.
NHF Schedule of Rates or Repairs Ordering Schedule subscribers don't need to do anything else. If you want Housecall to return items from your own schedule we need to organise that schedule and link it to the diagnostic screens. Send us your schedule for a quotation.
