Control Panel

Housecall subscribers have access to their own control panel where you can configure what Housecall looks like and what it does. Some of the many choices you can make are:

 

  • allow users to upload photos to the Housecall server to illustrate the issue
  • ask for a location of the repair (kitchen, living room, balcony,etc )
  • change the email address destination for repair reports
  • specify access times, eg Saturdays or evenings

 

Existing subscribers can log in to the Control Panel .  Contact M3 if you dont know your log in and password.  There are tooltips and help online to help you use the control panel effectively, or M3 will guide you.

And drill down from different categories to the individual repair reports submitted.
