By default Housecall returns with each repair request a recommended item code from the NHF Schedule of Rates but it can be configured to work with any schedule of rates or none at all.

Housecall is also simple to operate. You do not have to install any software - Housecall runs entirely on our server. Yet it can be configured to blend with the design of your own web site.

Housecall is currently available in seven languages, and text-only and kiosk versions.  These versions are included in your subscription at no extra charge.
