M3Tendersafe is an online application that allows you to create and distribute tender documents incorporating the M3NHF Schedule of Rates safely.
These documents can be downloaded in a way that permits open tendering, conforming to OJEU requirements whilst ensuring that all the contractors sign up to a confidentiality agreement.
