Servicing Modules
Gas servicing and central heating maintenance
Version 6 of Gas Servicing and Central Heating Maintenance module now comes in two versions for organisations requiring either a 1-star or 3-star gas servicing contract, with a schedule of rates for replacement parts for the former. This module is on the basis of the contractor providing an annual servicing, inspection, CP12 certification and response breakdown service either on a fixed cost per property or on a schedule of rates basis.

Solid fuels
Since 2002 landlords have been obliged to ensure that solid fuel equipment is being properly maintained. This module comprises a specification of workmanship and materials, model contract conditions and a schedule of rates for the annual servicing, renewals, repairs and maintenance of solid fuel appliances.
The above modules can be switched on in Locator Plus for a small extra charge. This allows standard works orders to be drawn up and saved. They can then be tweaked and exported to repairs ordering software, or to Word or Excel
Water hygiene
Contract documentation for the provision of day to day water hygiene services and risk assessment to identify and ensure the prevention of Legionnaire's and other water-borne diseases.
The contract details risk assessment, as well as the development of a maintenance plan for monitoring, sampling and cleaning of water systems. Certain remedial works are also included.
