Communal M&E
Communal Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance module is actually a series of 6 mini modules which contain contract documentation for the maintenance and repair of communal mechanical and electrical installations associated with social housing.
The contract stipulates periodic inspection regimes, routine and responsive maintenance including daytime and out of hours emergency works callouts for breakdowns.
