There are two modes: one allows tenants to report repairs online; and the other allows staff to diagnose repairs and allocate Schedule codes. These modes can be purchased separately or together.
M3Central Reporting is now integrated with Capita’s OPENAccess portal and Orchard Housing’s new self-service portal. M3Central Diagnostics is now integrated with Civica Housing’s new Cx platform.
In addition, M3Surveyor is a new add-on for M3Central Diagnostics, primarily for empty property surveys on-site but can be used for other different inspections.
Some of the early adopters of M3Central include Home Group, Clarion Housing Group and A2Dominion.
M3Central is a hosted system and is designed to be portable across all devices, including mobiles and tablets. This enables on-site diagnosis of repairs. We have also improved the ability to customise content to ensure the system is tailored to your organisations requirements.
