NHMF Contract management masterclass, 10 October, Birmingham

We will be focusing on contract management, particularly in relation to payment where a number of disputes can arise.

Although we will be referring to specific contract management provisions within the NHF Schedule of Rates Form of Contract, the seminar will be appropriate for all contract managers under any of the forms of contract commonly used for maintenance including JCT, NEC and TPC/PPC contracts.
