Locator Plus Training Terms and Conditions

1 Training should be booked using the booking form on the M3 website

2 In-house Training will be delivered at the client office stated on the booking form on the date confirmed by M3 Housing

3 Courses normally run from 10 am till 4.30 pm. Trainees are requested to arrive promptly at 10 am. For In-house training, the trainer will arrive between 9.40am and 9.55 am to check the setup.

4 In-house Training will be invoiced at the rate quoted on the booking form upon booking and be payable on or before the course date. The price for In-house training excludes expenses for travel to the client's offices, which will be detailed in the invoice. For training days organised by M3, additional delegates up to a maximum of 12 will be invoiced at the rate quoted on the booking form per person per day.

5 We require an IT contact for In-house Training. All trainees should have an individual PC or terminal, and a local copy of M3Locator Plus should be set up for training purposes. We will contact the person in the client IT department named on the booking form prior to the training to check that the training room & machines have been set up & tested.

6 All trainees on a course should be at a similar level of experience in both the software and the relevant business area.

7 Clients will receive a course outline before the training.

8 You may cancel your booking within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email from M3. If you decide to cancel your booking after these 7 days have elapsed, but before 7 days of the scheduled date, you will be liable for any charges incurred on your behalf (e.g. flights, train tickets, hotel reservations). If you cancel your training up to 7 days before the scheduled date, you are liable to pay 50% of the fee.
