The Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Works module comes with full model specification of standards and preliminaries and an appropriate contract. The library of over 2,000 items is fully costed as part of a major works contract, and each one has life cycle, renewal, repair and improvement costs.
It carries all the advantages of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates: standard items which are well understood by clients, consultants and contractors. Items are consistently specified and costed.
The Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment Works module is increasingly popular with organisations planning and budgeting major works programmes. They are implementing a range of programmes such as kitchen / bathroom renewals, central heating renewals, upgrading boilers, electrical rewiring, window and external door renewals, Decent Homes Plus, secure by design and other planned maintenance works.
The scale of items varies from "install central heating for a 4 bed house" to "renew draughtproof strip". Works programmes are built up from this library.
The module can be accessed via M3Locator Plus for an extra charge. This enables a works order to be drawn up in Locator, then exported to repairs ordering systems, or to Excel / Word.
