M3 wants you to have as much control of your Housecall service as possible. M3 is responsible for hosting and maintaining the service, but you do not need to contact us for every tweak.
Each subscriber has access to their own Control Panel where they can determine many aspecis of what Housecall looks like and what it does.
Subscribers can view summary reports and drill down from different categories to the individual repair reports submitted.
