Easy to use, great value and popular, Housecall is a hosted on line service, supported and updated by M3 without any necessity for you to do anything.
Housecall presents users with easy to understand pictures. Users are guided and advised on providing accurate information about the repair problem. It prompts tenants to provide just the basic information needed to make an effective repair.
Housecall is set up within a few days of ordering. Thereafter you are in the driving seat. The control panel allows you to choose options like these:
- the default email address for repair reports
- allow users to upload photographs of their repair requirements and send links to them with their repair reports
- configure which shecule of rates codes are returned
- decide whether to store user data on Housecall
- view information about repair reports that have been made through the system
Housecall is available in Gujarati, French, Urdu, Arabic, Welsh, and Punjabi as well as English. Text only versions are available for kiosks and screen readers.
