5 Support and Training
M3 supports you installing, configuring and using the system.
Generally Locator Plus is a slender agile application that is easy to install and easy to set up to send repair item codes to your repairs ordering software. Most clients install Locator Plus in minutes, and switch on the appropriate format for codes to be sent to your system in moments. Contact your system supplier to find out how they switch on the "receive" end to repair reports.
Training
While Locator Plus is easy and intuitive to use, training has always been rated a valuable improvement. M3 supplies training for front line staff in using the software to diagnose repairs accurately. This training includes the link to housing repairs software, and following your organisation's policies and procedures
Advanced training is available for IT staff, customer services managers and technical staff to configure Locator Plus to follow your policies and procedures. You can mix and match two half days or take this training as a full day. Read more

Costs
The cost of training at your office is £900 + VAT per day, including expenses. To attend shared training at a central location with other subscribers, the cost is £260 + VAT.
