The Repairs Ordering Schedule is a comprehensive schedule for dealing with responsive day to day repairs. It consists of a list of all commonly needed repairs, with industry standard preliminaries and a contract. It comes complete with Labour and materials data (Standard Minute Values). ROS is used by about 60 social landlords.
ROS consists of generic repairs orders that are easy for non technical staff to use. You don't have to be a plumber to order the correct repair. For example,

ROS can be used in conjunction with the full NHF Schedule of Rates so the repair is ordered via ROS, but it is invoiced and the repair history is kept with the NHF SoR.
ROS includes contract conditions and trade preambles as well as the range of job descriptions.
The latest version of ROS contains 216 items, and items can be added if your stock requires it. It is not suitable for void repairs. ROS integrates with all commonly used housing management systems and comes as standard for no extra charge when you purchase Locator Plus.
