4 Getting Started

You submit an order for the Planned Maintenance Module via our web ordering form. If we have a purchase order reference M3 starts to compile your order.  M3 can usually supply the Planned Maintenance Module within 10 days.

You receive the binders containing the Planned Maintenance Module, the Specification and the Model Contract in hard copy and in Word format. You will also receive  electronic files for loading into your repairs ordering software supplied as as xml files, and as csv and Excel formats.  Consult your repairs ordering software supplier about loading the Planned Maintenance Module. 

You will need to edit the contract to reflect your organisation's requirements, as well as your policies and procedures.  The contract is clearly marked to show where your input is needed.
