Tim has over 30 years experience as a practitioner and latterly as a respected consultant in property management. He has worked in both the public and private sector. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a Masters degree in Business Administration (Public Sector) from the University of Birmingham. In the public sector Tim has worked for both local authorities and housing associations. He has experience of managing large property portfolios and a wide range of properties including housing, public offices, leisure centres and schools. Tim is also a director of M3 Housing Ltd.

Nick Wood

Nick Wood is a senior partner in the Consultancy and has nearly 30 years experience in the social housing sector. He has worked at a senior level in both property services and housing management during this time.

Robin Summerhill

"His key skills include detailed investigations, performance analysis,  stock condition survey database work, database management, statistical analysis, special projects, land law and research and development."

Robin has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years, both in local government and for a Registered Social Landlord.

Since 1992 he has been working primarily at a corporate and strategic level, working closely and directly with first tier management (i.e. Chief Executive and Directors).
