Tim has over 30 years experience as a practitioner and latterly as a respected consultant in property management. He has worked in both the public and private sector. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a Masters degree in Business Administration (Public Sector) from the University of Birmingham. In the public sector Tim has worked for both local authorities and housing associations. He has experience of managing large property portfolios and a wide range of properties including housing, public offices, leisure centres and schools. Tim is also a director of M3 Housing Ltd. | ||

| Christian Blackbeard has recently joined M3 Consultancy and has 20 years experience in Housing. He started his career as a Housing Officer and relief Rent Collector, working in many roles until becoming the Managing Director of Ocean Housing in Cornwall for seven years. He has a degree in Housing and Development, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is the Immediate Past Chair of the South West Regional Committee of the CIH. |
