M3 Consultancy can help and advise on "Decent Homes", and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Energy Performance Certification (EPC).

2010 is upon us and the Government and Regulators will be expecting landlords to have attained the Decent Homes Standard.  Many landlords have been seeking to exceed the standard and save carbon emissions as well. We can:

  • Provide consultancy services to review the current position
  • Devise strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the standard, exceeding it where appropriate
  • Provide consultancy to commission and procure stock condition surveys, updates, reviews etc., to enable the planning of works and expenditure to comply with the standard and fit within your organisation's business and financial plans
  • Train and educate staff in the Decent Homes Standard and its requirements

We have associates who are trained and qualified in the HHSRS and EPC. We are able to offer to carry out surveys either to validate/audit or carry out surveys of your stock at extremely competitive rates.
